Yes, we are the factory. BK Stone owns and operates a fully integrated 320,000SF manufacturing base in Vietnam. We control the entire process: from raw material processing → slab production → precision cutting (5 bridge saws + 4 CNC machines) → quality inspection → packaging. No middlemen – guaranteed best prices.
What kind of service you can offer?
We provide end-to-end solutions:
Standard slabs: (1.2m/1.5m/3.0m lengths, 2cm/3cm thickness)
Custom cut-to-size: Countertops, vanity tops, wall cladding with CNC edge profiling.
Project support: Large-volume contracts (hotels, commercial complexes) with dedicated QC.
Logistics: EXW/FOB Ho Chi Minh Port; container optimization & documentation.
Technical services: Vein-matching, drawings review, and installation guidance.
What’s your sample developing lead time and mass production ?
Samples: 7-10 days for standard colors. Custom color samples require 15-20 days.
Mass Production:
Slabs: 15-20 days after order confirmation.
Cut-to-size projects: 25-35 days (based on complexity).
Note: Lead times exclude shipping. Urgent orders accommodated upon request.
Which terms of delivery do you support?
We primarily operate under:
EXW (Ex-Works): Our factory in Vietnam.
FOB (Free On Board): Ho Chi Minh Port, Vietnam.
CIF/CFR terms negotiable for large projects. Export documentation (CO, BL, invoice, packing list) provided.
Which methods of payment do you support?
We support TT, L/C,DP,PayPal, Western Union, and cash(RMB).
